Your visit begins at our family-owned distillery, where you’ll witness the traditional methods that set us apart, from tahona-crushed agave to distillation in copper pot stills. Explore our aging room, where oak barrels infuse our tequila with character, and get a behind-the-scenes look at our bottling line and hand-crafted bottle toppers.

The experience culminates with a guided tasting of four distinct expressions of our premium Tequila Fortaleza in our natural cave complex—a serene and unforgettable setting. For an extra adventure, join us on a scenic hike to our mirador, offering breathtaking views of the Tequila valley and our sprawling agave fields.

Afterward, unwind at our private lake and enjoy Sandy’s Fish Tacos, where fresh, homemade Baja-style fish tacos are served daily. To make your visit even more special, check the option below to stay for lunch after your tour.

Don’t forget to stop by our distillery store, open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 1pm. Browse and purchase limited bottles of our tequila, along with branded merchandise like shirts and hats. (Please note: bottle sales are limited, and reservations are required if not part of a tour.)
