Bisabuelo Tour:

Experience the legacy of artisanal tequila-making.

Your visit begins in our screen-printing workshop, then continues with a walk to our scenic lookout, offering breathtaking views of the Tequila Valley and the surrounding agave fields.

You’ll then step inside the distillery to experience our time-honored production methods — from tahona-crushed agave to copper pot distillation — and visit the aging cellar, where oak barrels give our tequila its distinctive character.

Next, explore the bottling area and workshop, where the cork for each bottle is hand-crafted.
Your experience culminates in a guided tasting of four Fortaleza tequilas inside our underground cave complex, a serene and memorable finale to your visit.

  Bisabuelo Tour: Not recommended for guests with mobility challenges, disabilities, or cardiovascular conditions. This experience involves extended walking on cobblestone paths and sections with stairs.

  Booking Availability: The online calendar reflects real-time availability. If you’re unable to complete your booking, it may be because:

              1. The group is full (tours have limited capacity).

              2. The selected language is unavailable.

              3. The chosen date is not open for booking.

 Adding Guests: To include additional participants after booking, please complete a new reservation. If the system does not allow it, the tour is fully booked.

 Tour Days: Available Monday through Saturday.

 Distillery Store: Open until 5:00 p.m. for tour participants.

 Cancellation Policy: We understand that travel plans may change. However, due to limited capacity, cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Please be punctual — guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their reservation without refund.
